Billing questions
How is GST charged?
Plan prices are shown exclusive of GST. At checkout, Razorpay adds GST at the applicable rate (currently 18%). For example, Growth at Rs 1,499 is billed at Rs 1,769 including GST. Your invoice shows the base amount and GST separately for input credit.
What payment methods work?
All Razorpay methods: UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, and wallets. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrade any time and the change applies immediately on a pro rata basis. Downgrades take effect at the next billing date.
Is annual really cheaper?
Yes. Annual plans bake in a 15% discount versus paying monthly for a year. You can see the exact annual price at checkout.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, then move to the free plan. You get a 30 day window to export your data. See the cancellation policy.
Are there setup or hidden fees?
No setup fee on standard plans. The only extra charges are optional one time services like custom WhatsApp template development, which are quoted up front and non refundable once delivered.
